This policy applies to the Plan & Stage marketing website, the application available at app.planandstage.com, and related support, payment, analytics, and communication workflows operated by Made By Logic Inc.

  • Property photos, project content, generated outputs, and other files or inputs you provide to use the virtual staging service.

Authentication and payments

  • Authentication credentials are handled through Google Firebase Authentication rather than being directly stored by the marketing website.
  • Billing and invoice-related information may be stored for transaction, accounting, and support purposes.
  • Payment card details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our own systems.

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the marketing site and the app.
  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide access to app features.
  • Process uploads and generate virtual staging or related service outputs.

Google Firebase Authentication

Authentication and account sign-in services.

Google AI / Gemini

AI-assisted processing used to help provide virtual staging and related service functionality.

OpenAI API

AI-assisted chat or support functionality offered to users.

Stripe

Web3Forms

Processing and delivery of website contact form submissions.

We may use customer content to provide the service and, where appropriate, to improve quality, reliability, or safety using aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise non-identifying information. We do not sell customer data and do not use customer content for unrelated purposes.

7. Data retention

  • Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
  • Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to and manage business inquiries.
  • Account and project data may be retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, operational, or business purposes.
  • Payment and transaction data is handled by Stripe according to Stripe policies and may also be retained as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute management.

8. International users, security, and children

Our service may be accessed globally, and information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own, including through service providers such as AWS, Google, Stripe, OpenAI, and Web3Forms. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred across borders where permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Plan & Stage is not directed to children under 16, and users under 16 should not use the service. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
