Rules and commercial terms for using Plan & Stage

These Terms govern your access to and use of planandstage.com, app.planandstage.com, and related services operated by Made By Logic Inc. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional terms may apply to certain features, promotions, or third-party services. If there is a conflict, the additional terms will control for that specific feature to the extent of the conflict.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own failure to protect the service.
• Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free images, credits, promotions, or other eligibility-based offers.
• Authentication may be provided through Google Firebase Authentication or other providers we choose to use.

You retain rights you have in the photos, files, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, maintain, support, and improve the service for you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit your content and request outputs based on it, including for any property images or materials containing third-party rights.

Plan & Stage uses AI-assisted tools, including providers such as Google AI / Gemini and related technologies, to help generate virtual staging outputs. We may also use providers such as OpenAI to support chat-based support features. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or non-identifying information to improve quality, reliability, or safety, but we do not sell customer data or use customer content for unrelated purposes.

Some features of the app may require payment. Pricing, packages, credits, or usage terms may be shown inside the app, on checkout pages, or in a separate offer presented to you at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we designate from time to time.
• Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.
• At our sole discretion, we may choose to offer revised outputs, service credits, partial refunds, or full refunds in specific situations.
• We may offer promotions, discounts, credits, coupons, or time-limited offers, each of which may be subject to separate conditions or eligibility requirements.
• The 2 free images offer is limited to one account. We may reject, limit, or cancel requests or promotional eligibility if we reasonably believe multiple accounts or other abuse are being used to access the offer.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with your purchases unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The service, including our software, branding, website content, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Made By Logic Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment requirements, you may use outputs delivered through the service for your lawful internal business, marketing, or listing-related purposes, provided that you comply with law, these Terms, and any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made By Logic Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event or CAD $100.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, pricing, offers, or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the service after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to those courts' personal jurisdiction and venue.
